Welcome to Challenz. Challenz is a digital platform where users can create, post, view, and interact with challenges and other user-generated content. Challenz also includes a feature called My Loops, which allows users to participate in qualifying transactions, repeat-purchase journeys, promotions, discounts, rewards, and related benefits offered through participating businesses, riders, merchants, or service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how Challenz collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the Challenz mobile application, the Challenz website or landing pages, challenge-posting and social interaction features, content upload features, messaging, reporting, and moderation features, My Loops features, QR-code based interactions, merchant, rider, and service-provider features, customer support and communication channels, and any related services operated under Challenz. By using Challenz, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Because Challenz is first and foremost a challenge-posting platform, we may collect and process information related to your content and interactions, including: • Videos, photos, or images you upload • Captions, titles, hashtags, descriptions, and challenge labels • Audio content included in your uploads • Comments, likes, reactions, votes, or other interactions • Shares or repost activity, follower and following activity • Saved or bookmarked content • Reports you make about content or users • Moderation-related records • Direct messages or other in-app communications, if such features are available • Participation history in challenges, contests, competitions, or themed activities • Engagement metrics such as views, watch time, completion rates, and interactions

My Loops Data

When you use My Loops, we may collect and process information such as: • Qualifying transactions connected to a Loop • Date and time of transactions and transaction amounts • Merchant, rider, business, or service point involved • Whether you completed qualifying steps of a Loop • Whether a Loop was completed, closed, or redeemed • Whether you became eligible for a discount, reward, or benefit • QR scans or app confirmations connected to Loop progression • Fee-related records, balances, or verification details where applicable • Suspicious, duplicate, or irregular Loop activity indicators

QR Code & Verification Data

Where QR codes or scan-based flows are used, Challenz may collect: • QR code identifier • Scan time and date • Device or session identifier • Associated merchant, rider, or business location • Whether the scan advanced a Loop or verified a transaction • Offline scan status and later synchronization records • Fraud monitoring signals tied to scan frequency or irregular patterns

We may automatically collect technical information such as: • Device model and operating system • App version and IP address • Mobile network data and browser type, where applicable • Device identifiers and log data • Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data

Location Data

We may collect location information where needed for platform functionality, fraud prevention, merchant verification, rider verification, content relevance, service delivery, or support. This may include approximate location, GPS-based location where enabled, location linked to a challenge event or business point, and route or service-location patterns for Loop verification. You may manage some location permissions through your device settings, but disabling them may affect some Challenz features.

Communications with Challenz

If you contact Challenz by email, phone, WhatsApp, or another support channel, we may collect and keep a record of the information you voluntarily provide, including your contact details, the contents of your message, attachments or screenshots you send, the date and time of the communication, and records of follow-up communication or resolution steps. Content Visibility & User Responsibility

When you upload or post content on Challenz, certain information may become visible to other users depending on platform design and settings. This may include your username, profile photo, challenge posts, captions, comments, likes or visible interactions, follower relationships, and public participation in challenge activities. You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly. Please avoid posting sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable making it visible according to your selected audience or platform settings.

Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following cases: With Other Users: If you post content publicly or engage in public social features, other users may see your username, content, comments, likes, profile details, and other visible interactions. With Merchants, Riders, or Participating Businesses: We may share limited necessary information to verify Loop progression, confirm transaction-related eligibility, apply discounts or benefits, resolve disputes, or reconcile activity records. With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate Challenz, including cloud hosting, analytics, authentication tools, content delivery, moderation or safety tools, and fraud prevention tools. With Affiliates and Successor Entities: We may share information with affiliates, subsidiaries, future local operators, or successor entities involved in operating or expanding Challenz. For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information where required to comply with law or lawful requests, enforce our policies, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect users, merchants, businesses, Challenz, or the public. In Business Transfers: If Challenz or its operating entity is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to applicable law.

Some content, reports, moderation records, transaction records, and Loop records may be retained longer where necessary for safety, audit, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Challenz is not intended for children below the minimum age allowed under applicable law and platform rules. Where necessary, Challenz may suspend, restrict, remove, review, reverse, or investigate accounts, content, benefits, or transactions.

Challenz may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties outside our control. You should review their privacy policies separately where relevant.
